Right just back from the car and had a few developements
Fitted the 16v pump and def more fuel being delivered but still no start
removed relay 30 and 36 but fuel pumps wouldnt work so put relay 30 back in and the pumps worked again still no start
checked power to injectors their is power when turning the engine over but still no start
removed fuel feed line and put the pipe in a clear tub, when i turned ignition on the fuel pumped through
BUT when i turned the engine over the fuel supply ground to a halt!
Is the relay faulty????
Is there a bad earth?????
i dont have the earth lead properly attached to the battery i.e no terminal on it yet just held on with vicegrips would that be a problem?
the other earth wires are secured ok next to the battery on chassis, shoul there be any other earthing on the car?
There is earthing inside the car next to fuse box but all seems ok!!!

oh dear oh dear power run cable is in place the wire that was going nowhere must have been used as a source for something else!
This is where things get annoying,Pump only works with relay 30 in place and if i remove the proper fuel pump relay the damn pumps still work!!!!!!
Where have i gone wrong????
I notice that i dont have the starter interlock relay anywhere in the system its a '97 model im sure do i have to get one and add that in?
Im loosing the will to carry on with this im close but yet so far :(
HELP!

Getting a spark but when i take the elec plug off the injector and put the light tester on the plug the light just stays on even when turning the engine over!
Was checking power to various plugs and noticed the crank sensor was only getting 1.34v and the white plug was only getting 2.48v.
Assuming the voltage should be 12v im thinking bad earth?
Then i realised i dont have any earth straps from engine or gearbox to chassis should i not have one and where should it go?
Also changed the fuse box got a couple of spare ones but no difference at all.
