Passat B3 G6o syncro into a mk2

Hi guys
i am doing a vr mk2 but now i can get my hands on a passat g6o syncro
wanna know if the 4wheel drive system can be adaperted to a mk2????? :(
pls any info will be of great help if it can be done plans are to make it a mk2 vr awd... :up:

I dont think u understood right i said that i can get 1 meaning i have gone to go see it(passat b3 G60 syncro)
and have driven it allready.My question is still can the conversion be done?is it worth me buying it

Seems a shame to rip a rare car like that to bits unless it's terminally rotten. But yes, pretty much everything will fit with only slight modification. It's the bolting the VR up to the G60 'box bit that'll be your main stumbling block.

Never new that it was such a rare car :oops:
ok as for the vr to the g60 box :( big mods or not???)

You'll need a vr6 syncro gearbox and possibly the rear diff depending on what power you are expecting to run :up:

Yep - and it should fit into the Passat's rear cradle. The axle should be a straight bolt-in swap, the rear floor and tank may well be, too, although I suspect the rear floor will need some trimming to fit a mk2.

going to try hunt down a vr box as for the power it will
