1/4 mile experts - we all know the key to a good time is the launch, do I need more revs at the launch, or what?

My method = 3k ish, and just dropped the clutch... what's the best technique?

I've always found hot tyres, 3-4k rpm, bring the clutch up smoothly to control the spin in first then dump it into second and away. Works for me! lol
