Spring fest there must be something else coming up before that saying that suppose winter is just round the corner. but on the upside time for a new project to get me through it ready for next year.

I ended up getting 12.9 @ 109 outta my VRt. Sold it and now I am building an N/A VR with nitrous.

hey all, got a 14.6 at 94mph yeaterday at the retro car show in my vr mk1 cab, well happy! got a 2.1 60ft... been building up for ages to race my mate in his 200bhp rs turbo, i thought he'd win an only managed a 15.9 ... apologised for looking smug tho... 75bhp of nos soon!-)

Managed a 15.3 on my 4th ever run straight after I'd changed my head gasket before Bugjam this year, don't have picture of the slip atm but I was pleased with it until I read everyone else's times!

It started raining after that so couldn't have any more goes but I'm hoping I can get in the low 14's if I try hard enough!!

haha yeah probably, but it was my first go and i was only just getting into it so i think i could've pushed harder!! we'll see what happens next time

ran at gti spring fest this year running consistant 15.4's at bugjam i ran consistant 14.8 and run my best ever which was a 14.52, then at vw action got 6 runs ran between 15 dead and 15.4s
running no interior apart from a dash n 2seats full poly windows, and a mapped vr, at bug jam i ran r888 tyres and ran worse times than on my t1r's

This is because r888's are not made for drag racing, they do not have the give in the side wall that is required for better traction
